Supporting staff
The Technical Services Team is the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues across the Wing. This may come in the form of distance-support by e-mail, phone or internet or a site visit to the unit to resolve the issue.
eSupport
Launched in January 2008, the eSupport service is an online helpdesk designed to be the first port of call for any IT or technical issue within Staffordshire Wing.
Using bespoke software, this web facility is designed to allow the technical team to co-ordinate responses more effectively, reducing response times and, as a result, providing the end user with a solution as soon as possible.
